Since 2011 I’ve been working as a qualified fitness coach in the DMV area, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle. TruPata is the culmination of my professional, educational, personal and volunteer experiences. I strive to empower clients to be the best they can be, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This is delivered through expert coaching, exceptional exercise programming, and teaching safe exercise in an unintimidating environment. I'm experienced in working with a diverse population including clients with hypertension, obesity, diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, breast cancer, sciatica, arthritis, osteopenia, osteoporosis, sarcoidosis, pre/post-natal, & fibromyalgia. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.
