TRUPATA is the culmination of my professional, educational, personal and volunteer experiences.  I thoroughly understand the importance of wellness, good health and their relationship to physical activity.  I strive to empower clients to be the best they can be, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.   This is delivered through expert coaching, exceptional exercise programming, and teaching safe exercise in an unintimidating environment.  I'm experienced in working with a diverse population including clients with hypertension, obesity, diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, breast cancer, sciatica, arthritis, osteopenia, osteoporosis, sarcoidosis, pre/post-natal, & fibromyalgia.

I enjoy working with people and have a compassionate approach and commitment to assisting people achieve their health & fitness goals.  My training philosophy is simply

“Be the Best You!”

The pursuit of health and fitness can be confusing.  It seems there’s always a special program or some type of magical equipment that is being advertised as the solution to your fitness needs.   Hard work and commitment are essential in making desired lifestyle changes.

Please remember, achieving desired results takes time and ultimately the success of your program is up to you.  Don’t worry, I’ll never progress you too fast and will always take time to listen and address your concerns.
